Specialisterne North America works with businesses in Canada and the US to tap into the talents of autistic or neurodivergent job seekers. We’ve seen first hand how creating a neurodiverse work environment is good for business. A different perspective, alternative communication style, or a passion for detail can be a great asset to any employer, but standard recruitment processes and management practices remain barriers to employment.
Our goal is to change the employment landscape by supporting businesses to hire people who think and communicate differently. That’s where you come in. No matter where you are in your job search, we’d like to get to know you.
Listed on this page are all currently open positions with our Canada and US employer partners. All applications must go through Specialisterne North America. Our corporate partners do not handle applications directly.

Autism (including Asperger’s and PDD-NOS)
Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) or Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD)
Do you self-identify as autistic or neurodivergent? Have you experienced barriers to finding or maintaining employment? We would like to get to know you!
The Specialisterne USA Talent Pool Community is available to individuals authorized to work lawfully in the US who self-identify as autistic or otherwise neurodivergent and have experienced barriers to employment.
For Specialisterne, this includes self-identification with one or more of the following:
Autism (including Asperger’s and PDD-NOS)
Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) or Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD)
